I have used testdisk before at a past job to recover partitions on a RAID disk array that failed during a power outage. You should be then given an option to write the partition table to the disk. Hit enter to continue if the partitions were successfully detected. It’s a GeForce GTX 680, with NVIDIA display driver. The graphics card is certainly not anything particularly fancy.
BALENAETCHER BLANK SCREEN SOFTWARE
Use Rufus balenaEtcher or other image flashing software to create a bootable. I do have a graphics card with a GPU on it, but I don’t get the option to select it when I right-click on the balenaEtcher executable. Check if these are the partitions that you want to recover. At the motherboard splash screen use the hotkey defined by your motherboard.

It would show the partitions that it has detected. Also i extracted the setup of Etcher with winrar and tried to run the program with hashtagged user name but same thing happened. I created a new user without any symbols, tried to run and it did work.

This might take an hour depending on your drive size. Hahah i guess you are right it was probably happening because of hashtag sign. It should scan the whole drive for any partitons. Then select Analyze and select quick search.

It should show up like Disk /dev/disk3 from the list. It would show as /dev/disk3 (external, physical) if that is the only drive attached to your mac. On a terminal, run sudo diskutil list to see the drive path.

if your using Linux then use Popsicle Appimage to write the iso to the usb. take a look at Ventoy if you're using Windows then use Rufus to write the iso to the usb. Once testdisk is installed, plug in the drive to your MacOS machine and if MacOS suggests formatting the drive, select ignore. Re: Balena etcher hangs with white screen -windows7 64.
