William is survived by his son, Douglas (Crystal) Clatterbuck daughter, Tina (Robert) Ceculski six grandchildren, Ashley, Kayla & Evan Clatterbuck and David, Daniel & Michael Ceculski and numerous nieces & nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Rosena Lee Abrigg Clatterbuck and a daughter, Christine Mae Clatterbuck. He enjoyed going to Perkins & Mehlman’s, square dancing and he loved Elvis Presley. William was a retired Electrician for Tri-State Electric & Machine, a dedicated hardworking landlord, and a Methodist by faith. He was born November 5, 1938, in Wheeling, WV, son of the late William Harold and Mae Humphrey Clatterbuck.
